A word from the architects

“The design intent for the Pavilion was to materialize the idea of a ‘summer pavilion’ into a mid-rise luxury residence. This manifests most indelibly in the form and grandeur of the pavilion terrace and the façade balconies that provide an element of uplift. The penthouse floor is the culmination of the residence’s design, where the building’s natural aspiration meets the sky. We wished to encourage a dialogue between outdoor and in and bring that interplay to the fore in the vaulting glass that crowns the design both visually and in spirit.”
